Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
Alberto Interior provides a wide range of interior and furniture-related services, including but not limited to: space planning, 3D design, color consultation, furniture customization, and project management for residential, office, restaurant, and commercial spaces.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, layout details, and design requirements. They must ensure all necessary approvals, permissions, and utilities (electric, plumbing, etc.) are available before work begins. Any delay or inaccuracy in provided information may affect project completion time.
3. Payment Terms

50% payment must be made as advance along with the work order.

40% payment after completion of 50% of the work.

Remaining 10% must be paid on the date of project handover.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, account pay cheque, or online payment gateway to Alberto Interior’s nominated account.
If payment is delayed, the company reserves the right to pause work until payment is cleared.
4. Design & Service Fees
All design and service fees are agreed upon before project initiation. These fees cover design consultation, drawings, and supervision. The cost of materials, furniture, or fixtures will be billed separately based on client selection.
5. Prices
All quoted prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and exclude VAT and government taxes, unless otherwise specified.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, 3D visuals, and plans created by Alberto Interior remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients may not reproduce, share, or transfer these materials to any third party without written permission.
7. Scope Changes
Any modification or expansion in project scope must be approved in writing by both parties. Such changes may result in revised cost and timeline adjustments.
8. Project Duration
Estimated completion time will be stated in the project proposal. Alberto Interior will make every effort to complete the work on time; however, delays due to natural disasters, material unavailability, or client-side delays will not be the company’s responsibility.
9. Warranty
Alberto Interior provides a 1-year warranty for premium furniture packages covering manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not include damage due to misuse, moisture, or external causes.
10. Extended Delivery
If project delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond Alberto Interior’s control (e.g., client delays, site inaccessibility, or late approvals), the company reserves the right to revise delivery dates and contract costs.
11. Limitation of Liability
Alberto Interior shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project, except in cases of gross negligence or proven misconduct by the company.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In such cases:

The client must pay for all completed services, purchased materials, and expenses up to the termination date.

If the termination occurs without any fault of Alberto Interior, the advance payment shall not be refunded.
13. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through arbitration or mediation as per Bangladeshi legal standards, prior to any court proceedings.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire understanding between the client and Alberto Interior, superseding all prior verbal or written agreements. Any amendments must be signed by both parties.
16. Severability
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
17. Assignment
The client may not transfer or assign any part of this agreement without written consent from Alberto Interior.
18. Notices
All official communications must be in writing and sent via email or registered post to the addresses provided in the project agreement.
By signing or approving this agreement, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms and Conditions of Alberto Interior.
